Thanks for stopping by. This is my blog. A labour of love intended for the conscious exploration of culture, sex, and movement.
A little more on me. I grew up in one of many sleepy coastal towns in South Africa, moving to Cape Town to complete a Certificate in Journalism at CityVarsity. I then went on to get an undergraduate degree in Linguistics, English Studies, and Philosophy, and a postgraduate degree in English Literature, both at UCT. I’ve also recently completed a two-hundred hour yoga teacher training, studying under Jim Harrington at ReUnion.
Workwise, I’m a former games columnist (GQ, SA), online commercial writer (Cosmopolitan, SA), publicist (Penguin Random House, UK), and editor (Beauty South Africa), now working freelance full-time as a blogger, writer, and yoga teacher on the foothills of Lion’s Head.
